Breakfast
Choose from plated or breakfast buffets offering fresh food delights including; pastries, muffins, homestyle biscuits, fluffy eggs, piping-hot pancakes, chilled juices, 100% Columbian coffees and much more.
Lunch
Whether time is of the essence and box deli lunches are in store, or you would rather have your meeting attendees enjoy crisp Caesar salads and meaty lasagna, our lunch banquet menus provide just the right amount of food to get you through all of your meetings and events. Both plated and buffet lunch menus are available.
Refreshment Breaks
No event is complete without giving your invitees a moment to refresh and take in all of the morning or afternoon events. Let us provide the little pick-me-up they need with fun, themed menus such as Fitness Break, Everyday is a Sundae Bar, Time for Chocolate and Happy Hour!
Appetizers
Whether waiting for the entrance of the bride and groom, or providing something to tide your guests over while they wait for the main course, our hors d'oeuvres, dry snacks and plated displays add just the right touch. Consult your catering representative for the perfect combination of delights.
Dinner
Grilled Salmon, Pasta Florentine, New York Strip Steak are just a few of the many choices offered for your dinner entrees. Plated, buffet and themed dinner menus are available and artfully designed to impress your guests.
Beverage Service
From superior premium brands, cordials and brandies, along with micro brew draft beers to fine local and California wines, our beverage service offers an impressive selection for your bar functions.
Open Bar
Full beverage service available in Boxer’s Lounge with bartender.
Choose an Individual Pay Cash Bar or a Group Master Account will be charged by the drink.
Attended Bar
A station of beer, wine and soda may be set-up in the meeting room, patio, upper or lower lobby areas.
A Group Master Account will be charged based upon consumption by the bottle.
Private Bar
Beer, wine and mixed drinks are available in the meeting room, patio, upper or lower lobby areas. A $75.00 fee will be charged for a private bartender for a maximum of 4 hours. Fee waived if tab exceeds $500.00. A Group Master Account will be charged by the drink.
As a liquor permit holder and in accordance with Ohio liquor laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted at Mohican Resort and Conference Center.
Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in accordance with Ohio liquor laws.
Dessert
There is nothing like saving the best for the last. Tempting layers of strawberries, deliciously decadent chocolate cake, comforting fruit cobblers and fresh baked pies reminiscent of your grandmother's prize recipe can complete your banquet. Let our bakers and pastry chefs whip up a little ambrosia that is sure to satisfy.
